Urban Legend Arc[]
The unnamed victim contacted Reigen for help. He and Mob arrive at her apartment to hear what her problem was. She had been stressed about weird occurrences in her life and tells them how she first thought that it had been a stalker. She had talked to the police about it. although eventually she started to think that the stalker may not have been human after all. She also tells them how she saw it watch her through her window despite her living a few floors up. Reigen starts to investigate this and calls Dimple for help. He checks the building's outside walls and roof to see if there is any ropes or other stuff that normal humans would use to climb there. Dimple doesn't find anything.
An earthquake appears suddenly and then she sees a flying shadow figure outside her window again. She starts to scream in panic and Reigen and Mob notice the figure. Mob tells them that the figure is actually a human and not dead. Reigen tries to catch it, but it disappears, though Mob feels the presence behind the wall in the next apartment. They then go to ring the neighbor's doorbell and a guilty looking man appears to open the door. After he squirms a little, he apologizes for using an out-of-body experience to spy on her, but then suddenly panics and tells her that his feelings are still real. This disgusts the woman and she tells him that. The police are eventually called to deal with the stalker.
