Urban Legends Arc[]
The unnamed stalker had been stalking a woman that lived right next to his apartment. He had been spying on her for a while using out-of-body experience. This caused her a lot of distress until she contacted Reigen. He and Mob then arrived to meet her in her apartment and eventually Mob managed to find the stalker next door. The unnamed stalker tried to first apologize for his actions, and revealed that his feelings for his neighbor were still real. However, the woman was disgusted by him and the police were eventually called to deal with the stalker.
Powers & Abilities[]
The stalker seems to not be an especially strong esper, but he had the ability to perform out-of-body experience to spy on his neighbor. His psychic aura seemed to be glowing in a pink color with heart patterns on it.
