Udo, or Wood in the Crunchyroll subtitles, is a mercenary and an Esper.
Appearance[]
Udo wears a dark purple-pink bodysuit that is capable of fitting him both in his standard and Psycho Steroid form. He has blue eyes, dark eyebrows, and brown hair. He is relatively short.
Personality[]
Udo seems to have a childish personality, getting excited and exclaiming "Yippee!" when being able to use his psychic powers to betray Claw. He claims to be an expert on starting riots.

He was a mercenary sent to infiltrate Claw. He is defeated by Shibata.
Abilities & Power[]
Udo is an impressive Esper who could defeat multiple Scar agents at once with his Psycho Steroid technique. However, he was no match for Shibata, whose Psycho Steroid was evidently much more powerful.
