Teleportation is defined as the hypothetical transfer of matter or energy from one point to another without transferring the physical state between them.[1] In other words this user can appear anywhere without moving a limb. It is mostly used as a support technique in a fight, but also in a way to travel all kinds of distances or transport objects or people instantly from one place to another.
Ryo Shimazaki is an esper known to be able to use teleportation. He is shown to be able to teleport far and short ranges without a problem and seems to be an expert at it, however it's unclear how far he is capable of teleporting.
