Red Raincoat also referred to as AKA Rain is a character who appears during the Urban Legend Arc.[1] According to rumors, he loves to bathe in children's blood.
Appearance[]
Red Raincoat, per his name, wears a full-body red raincoat to cover his naked body underneath. He also wears a pair of red wellingtons. He has round eyes and pale brown hair.
Personality[]
Red Raincoat is a selfish and perverted man, as seen by how he tries to flash his naked body to young girls. At first, he was just a pervert, but after rumors began to spread about him, he became drunk with his own power.
He isn't afraid to hurt people, as shown by how he electrocuted Banshomaru Shinra. He also admitted that he was really weak, which is why he carries anti-crime weapons with him. He ends up getting arrested by the police.
