Mrs. Kageyama (影山さん, Kageyama-san) is the wife of Mr. Kageyama and the mother of Mob and Ritsu Kageyama.
Appearance[]
Mrs. Kageyama is an average woman with long brownish hair swept to the right side, small round eyes, and a lovely small smile.
She is often seen surrounded by her husband Mr. Kageyama.
Personality[]
As the mother of two children (Shigeo and Ritsu), Mrs. Kageyama has a lot of work to do around the house; she mostly has her hands full while making food for the family. She is always saying they are spoiling their eldest son Shigeo, thinking he needs to be more responsible.
Plot[]
Spring of Youth Arc[]
Mrs. Kageyama first appeared when Mob and his family was having dinner. Mob proceeds to accidentally bend his spoon, which causes Mrs. Kageyama to scold him for doing so. Mr. Kageyama then proceeds to defend Mob, saying that their son is simply going through puberty.
7th Division Arc[]
Mrs. Kageyama appears again at the dinner table with her family, and yet again, Mob gets scolded by her for bending spoons.
World Domination Arc[]
Mrs. Kageyama appears alongside her husband to support their children at the school race. Mrs. Kageyama recommends they watch from the race's midpoint due to Shigeo's weak body, and her husband agrees. When their elder son passes by, she encourages him to keep it up.
After the race, he returned home with her husband and younger son and noted his wife's happy mood due to Ritsu placing 9th place in the race and Shigeo doing his best. When Sho comes to the door, Ritsu convinces them he entered a hot springs hotel lottery and won them two tickets to a very nice hotel, where they spent the night while the events in Seasoning City played out.
Etymology[]
- The surname Kageyama means "shadow, shade, other side" (影) (kage) and "mountain, hill" (山) (yama).
