Hiroshi Yabe (矢部博司, Yabe Hiroshi) is a Prime Minister abducted by Shimazaki.

Plot[]
World Domination Arc[]
Yabe is seen attending an event in Pork Bone City regarding "women's empowerment" in business and life. He gives a speech until Shimazaki deals with his bodyguards and abducts him with teleportation.[1] They appear in a park, far away from prying eyes, until Teruki finds them and fights Shimazaki. Teruki loses, and the prime minister is once again teleported away.
He is then seen wrapped in vines by Minegishi, who is sitting next to him reading a book while Serizawa eats omurice right next to them.[2]
When Mob and Dimple are ascending the stairs of Seasoning Cultural Tower to meet the Claw's leader, Suzuki, they come across Serizawa who stops them. He advises them to turn around and leave, but tells them to take Yabe with them because he feels bad for him even though he was supposed to be the hostage. Mob notes that Yabe is the prime minister, which surprises Serizawa as he was unaware of this. Yabe is a bit confused by this, but leaves the tower for good. Serizawa was impressed to have talked with the prime minister himself.[3]
Etymology[]
- The name Hiroshi means "command, esteem" (博) (hiro) and "officer, boss" (司) (shi).
- Hiroshi's surname Yabe means "arrow" (矢) (ya) and "part, department, category" (部) (be).
